Heyyyyy! Konnichiwa minnasan.... ( Good afternoon everyone!! ) ^_~ goshhh! it takes ages for me to decide on this topic lol!! And also, i haven't met anyone here na. Well, i came up to my very best..... they're the one's whom the closest to me eversince i started blogging. Here they are........ oops...... yeah, m breakin' the rules too hehe.... coz i cant just pick one! Lemme start now or else i'll be suffering from..... "maybe-i-can-do-it-again-later?" mode awwww...... :P

Keshi----- first and foremost.... she's my "soulmate-friend" yeah, we have the bond.... its hard to explain, its beyond words ^_~ i dun need to say anything ...... i love her and she always gives sparkling good vibes for me and for everyone... if only God make more Keshi in this world, maybe there wud be more love, happiness and peace around! Am really dying to see her and spend precious time with her.... i want to start from morning, that when she open her eyes... she can see me sittin' right next to her in her bed sayin' "good morning Kesh!!" breakfast is ready.... awwwww!! and she will give me bone-crushin-hug coz she'll be surprised what the hell m doin' in Sydney haha..... yeah! And the rest will be a crazy imagination..... i can see her how she do the rush, doin' all from........ shower, eatin' breakfast, make-up , changin' clothes, singin' while she's runnin' the house and last but not the least how she drives car? awwww.... that's quite scary coz i still remember her random lil incidents post goshhhh!! For sure i'll shout at her if she will try to do a " back to the future" drive lolzzzzzzzzz!!!! Take care sweetie have a safe drive always...... muahhh! Well, the rest of the day... wanna see her too how she works in office and wud love to meet her other friends and have lunch together outside. I wanna meet the hunk waiter too at the coffee shop lol! (see i remember that?) haha.... and later of the day.... i just want to walk with her at the beach nearby her place, talk about anything or just sit there looking at the sea and just hearin' the sounds of life and say ahhh..... how lucky we are to be friends! How beautiful life is when there is peace and love everywhere..... oops i shud not forget that i need to be back to Tokyo at six pm. coz i need to prepare dinner or else hubby will kick me out of the house lol!!! ;)

Sudeep----- ahem! do i need to say anything? aww just look at his pic. goshhhhh!!!! he got "super cool" nick from me, the only guy i know who's lookin' good while sleepin' in hammock lol! ^_~ he dun need to do anything too.... i can spend the whole day just lookin at him haha.... sounds crazy right?? coz after havin' lovely day with Kesh, i think i'll never have the power to entertain this guy for another day! hehe.... or if he will really give his precious one day for me, i wanna go to some good places there in Pune...... a drive to some cool hill station or just have ice cream anywhere, sit and listen to his crazy jokes while eatin' lol!!!! Miss ya dearrr..... hope u'll be here in BUF more regularly so we can have more fun..... do come here na sudeepuuuu! ^_~

Puneet----- woww!! look at the guy.... m speechless lol!!! i'm callin' him " the-good-lookin-guy " eversince!! We became friends here too instantly in blogger. I can say, he's the sweetest guy i've ever met in blogworld.... the one who flirts soo nice lol!^_~ I mean he's the one who won't make u angry and u just can't help not to talk to him and accept his pullin' leg everytime hehe.... kiddin'! He's really a wonderful person... makes u feel soo special everytime he's around! He just got married last year and been busy at work too so he dun blog regularly now...... i really missed his company and wud love to meet him and her wifey and spend one whole lovely day with them ..... to taste many Indian foods and Indian sweets awwwww..... thats mouth watering na^_^ wait for me there in Mumbai guys..... i'm comin very soon! ...hopefully...........;(;( ^_^

Ish------- she's my other soulmate-friend.... we became friends here too in blogger and maybe we get along easily to each other coz were both Mom's!!! Yeah.... m soo happy to know that im not alone blogger-mom hehe .... since then we shared a lot of things in life by reading and commenting to each other blog, talking, chattin' and orkuttin' !! But the best thing happened is when she came up with this idea of makin' "BUF" possible..... wowwww! now were all here enjoyin to the fullest na!! I wud love to meet her, Rajiv and Vedant and spend one whole day of fun..... wud love if we can go to Goa too awwww like all those lovely pics. u have there in ur album sweetie.... and i will be with my hubby and lil rina too woowwww! isnt that cool ? two families together...... nice na! Stay blessed dear!.... So to all singles there........:P:P why not try to marry once? lol! kiddin..... see it for urself!! awww...

Michelle------ ohh when u whisper her name.... u will just feel heaven instantly ^_~ yeah, i can only think of beautiful things around just by lookin' at her .... makes me you feel in-love actually! She's such a doll .... one who has the full energy of life. Wud love to spend the day with her dancing, singin and do the non-stop talk about hunks lol!! Of course i'll try talk to her in japanese coz she's studying the language right now!!!! You're such a sweetheart mich ..... wud just love to hug u and kiss u like crazy like what i do to rina ..... till u cries and shout at me sayin' Stoppppp ittttt Kathhhh!! :P lol!! hugsssssss........

Japanese Recipes (Kathy)

Tempura (てんぷら or 天麩羅, tenpura?) refers to classic Japanese deep fried batter-dipped seafood and vegetables. The batter is made of ice cold water, flour, and eggs (or egg yolks). Small dry bite-sized pieces of food are dipped in flour, then in batter, and then deep fried for 2-3 minutes. In high-class restaurants, sesame oil or a mixture of sesame and other cooking oils are used.
Western chefs frequently include tempura dishes on their menus but seldom with 'authentic' results. This largely stems from a misunderstanding about mixing the batter which, in classic cookery must be beaten until homogeneous. Good tempura batter is mixed with chopsticks, but only for a few seconds. This leaves numerous lumps in the mixture and results in the unique tempura structure when cooked. Also crucial is that tempura batter be made freshly, with ice-cold water, in small batches.



INGREDIENTS:

12 large shrimps
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup ice water
Vegetable oil for frying

PREPARATION:

Remove heads and shells from shrimps without removing tails. Devein the shrimps. Make two or three incisions in the stomach sides of the shrimps to straighten them. Lightly press the back of shrimps to straighten. Remove the dirt from the tails of shrimps, using a knife. Dry shrimps on paper towels. Make tempura batter. Heat the oil to 340F degree. Flour shrimps before frying. Dip the shrimps in the tempura batter. Fry the shrimps until crisp.

Music And Cherry Blossoms Festival .... (Kathy)

Music, music... yeah definitely we can't live without it ^_^ ... i like almost all kinds of music , depends on my mood. I'm fond of love songs especially those theme songs of my fave movies ... yeah, i usually fall in love with the guy in the movie and to the song itself. ^_~ lol! hehe! But at times i feel like listenin' to some soothing songs too.. like of Enya, sounds of Kenny G. and Christopher Cross. For chillin' times i do listen to Cranberries, Dido , Switchfoot and to some RnB's... like Pharrell, Black Eyed Peas and luv to dance to the songs of Shakira and Beyonce. And speaking of ROCKs!!... it shud be Nirvana, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Creed, Green Day, Limp Bizkit, Guns N Roses also Nickelback and Simple Plan ^_^ How can i forget? i'm crazy listening to Indian Music now too.... be it Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam... yeahhh sometimes i dun have any idea what i'm listening to ^_^ hehe but i think it's not the lyrics or the meaning of the song... it's the heart and how we appreciate the song itself na.... coz i think i can relate more of the sounds... i love the sounds of tabla and other Indian instruments. Yup i love to listen to sounds of guitars too, ukulele and lots of others . Hubby actually play trumpet and my lil princess Rina started learning to play drums (japanese drums) she's attending lesson for that for a month now. So wherever i go i have music around me ^_~ ... and i think it's a part of our everyday life. No Music... No Life!!!


Cherry Blossoms!!! (Spring)


Cherry Blossoms (Sakura) season.... it's the time of year that you can see such beautiful flowers (pink and whites) all over Japan. People usually go to parks, shrines and temples with family and friends and hold a "flower viewing party" known as hanami (花見). Hanami festivals celebrate the beauty of sakura, and for many, it is a chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Hanami custom in Japan dates back to many centuries ago...... Sayesha's World! (Kathy)

I want to make review of one blog that very close to me eversince.... Sayesha's World close to me because it's my daily dose, aside from other blogs that i used to read everyday... i've been her ghost reader for sometime coz i can't even write comment for her coz i'm feelin' shy :) knowing she has huge fans around her and would you believe that even hubby used to be her avid fan?... yeahh he is! ^_^ I dunno her personally but she makes everybody feels close to her . She always entertains her readers with her unique style of writing, expect long post that you will read but when you started reading , you'll surely forget the time coz you'll enjoy it up to the last and end up hooked already.... yup esp. with all those hilarious stories , that you will giggles (actually laughs) all the time. She usually writes about her life, love, friends, family and all things that happening around her. I know some of you here knows her already coz we sometimes bumped on her blog ( Puneet and Sudeep) ^_~ even before. She's a very smart and beautiful lady, always full of life , very intelligent too ( shes wrote's a book for kids) and as far as i know she's a co-editor of one company in Singapore. She has also her travel blog named Hopscotch where she takes you to every country she visited , with all those amazing pictures and awesome captions. Check her out guys.... she's simply adorable!!!

Ahem.... It's meee!!! (Kathy)

Hiiiii!!! ^_^ awwwww ....i need to write down something here before Ish give the sweetest tiger look for me like what i always do to Rina when she ignores what am sayin' lol!!:) kiddin' muaahh! Well, when i first recieved the invitation message... i was like huh...?? I think this is Ish simple way to wake me up for bein' in " deep bloggers block " mode coz she knows that my two other blogs were already abandoned for several months and i think this time i have to update regularly here at least or else...... ?? i'll be dead haha... ;) okkkkk!!!

Well, I am Kathy .... i have been blogging for more than a year now... yeah, actually i'm pretty active for straight one year (till last july) and after that i suffered " acute lazy syndrome " ^_^ and not fully recovered till now so its like i do it when i feel to and not if i don't hehe... yeah, i'm a typical taurean... luvs readin' astrology and all kinda stuff , haan m a frikkin' dreamer and definitely believe the magic thing called " soulmates " truly exist in life. :P actually i've already found mine but still searchin' for some LOLZZZ!!! just kiddin' :P i know , i know ..... i have to shut up my mouth now else..... somebody gonna get hurt real baaaaaaad!!!! haha.... ^_^ m a lil sensitive and moody too, but few sweet words and hug from u * wink* can bring back my smile ^_^ I admit, i'll never win a tactful award, i hate rush, i hate changes, and dun tell me to get ready for 15 minutes to go w/ u somewhere ;) or else i'll shout and tell u to go alone either :P ... and when m chatting w/ u dun say the word " what else??? " in between talks lol... dun ask the reason why? i just hate that! :) Aside from all, i'm also a busy Mom which m forgetin' too sometimes hehe... LOL!!! ^_^ i love listening to music and googling anything , every single word that comes up on my mind ( yup i love Mr. Google) coz he nevers argue w/ me lol! ^_^ Buggin' my friends is one of my hobby too so be ready hehe... dun worry i won't call u at 3 am. to ask u a name of one vegetable that i can't remember hehe... ^_^ but trust me, i can assure u that i can be the sweetest friend u can have around awww ^_~ okkkk enough na... lol! :P
