He hurries towards his home to collect his travellers cheques.
But on the way he saw her with another Man!! Yes it was she, the woman of his dreams, but holding hands with another man, who looks more or Less like a gay!!!
Ruhi looks at him and trys to talk to him "You, you are, you're a great deal too good for me, and I'm so grateful to you, and so proud and fond of you, I don't
know why I can't love you as you want me to. I've tried, but I can't change the feeling, and it would be a lie to say I do when I don't"...
PS : How are you all? Sorry to be away from here for a long time. I am back :)
Sorry Guys if i have messed up the story. Feel Free to edit!!

The End (Sam)
As the aliens closed in on Chameli and Gabru, one heard the staccato burst of a gun somewhere very near..... From the bushes emerged Gulab, who was very surprised to see the the green creatures encircling the couple.... However, there someone else who had a surprised look on her face it was Chameli... she was sure she had seen the alien leader before but couldn't recall where.... It was then that there came a streak of light landing right in front of the leader.... she shrieked (I hope aliens shriek!!) and leaped backwards.... It was spaceman spike..... handsome as he was it. Chameli couldn't help but stare at him as if lovestruck..... Gabru got quite tensed here..... his girl was ogling at some other guy..... but then the other guy is here to save them, isn't he?? Gulab.. was dumbstruck.. he couldn't believe a single thing in front of his eyes... it was only his beloved in his hand who made him realise that this was all real......
And then Chameli remembered, Spike was Tom and Alien Leader was Michelle..... But how could that be possible..... Seeing her confused face Spike explained that he and Michelle were intergalactic rivals...... the earthquake which had killed their earth forms had happened at a time when Spike and Michelle were working out a truce....... But that never happened and the war continues.... and now that she has turned up to harm Chameli/Daniella... Michelle must face the consequence.....
And so the face off happened................ It was never about Chameli, Gulab, or Gabru... it was always about Spike and Michelle........ It was about.............
"WAKE UP!!!!!!"
"Wake up girl!! It's time for school....."
Michelle sits up with a start... she's breathing heavily.... it's then that she realises that she had been dreaming..... her brother, Tom is already up and ready to go.. and shouting at her...
******* later at school *******
As Michelle sits down with her pals for lunch and "You won't believe I had this amazing dream last night, where Tom was dating some girl.............."

Apocalypto....(Wacko)
1st scene
Gulab Singh while on his way with his newly found love, is suddenly encountered by strange and guilty filled thoughts rushing through his mind. He starts panicking and the whole world seems to be revolving at a much greater speed. It suddenly seemed to him that letting his sister elope with a stranger was not what he could ever think of. He then decides to take his Berett 82A1 semi-auto .50 caliber along with him while he hunts down both chameli and gabru. After all, that is going to be the only support that is gonna be with him..his new love!
2nd scene
Back in the train, chameli and gabru were enjoying much to their happiness. They both were too busy reviving back the old memories. Suddenly, the weather started acting all weird. Thunder struck! The train jerked feverishly. People started shouting. Eventually, the train halted abruptly. The clouds were all dark. It became freaking cold.
Aliens had come. There landed a spaceship. The gates opened and soon followed some long horned, geeky eyed, stooping creatues....(tis jadoo time now :P)
P.S. thnks to raj bro, the story seems to be taking twists and turns quite interestingly!

Love is Born....(Shooting Star)

Gulab is at the railway station…escaping from the clutches of his old enemies..and on the hunt for Chameli/Dan …..but suddenly…..his eyes encounter…a spectacle so divine.it just explodes his senses…the beauty of it just elevates his soul and he’s in love…yes ..he finds lying on the railway tracks…. Berett 82A1 semi-auto .50 caliber..
It was his life’s dream…and to suddenly come true…it’s beyond his wildest imagination…he picks up the beauty..feels its metallic shimmer on his skin..the ash grey color of her body is the most beautiful color he has seen in his life..it fires his imagination….looks through her lens.and his vision is clear.of all illusions ...…….he longer feels hatred for Chameli or Gabru..
His heart is filled with love and he turns back from the station a reformed man…to start a new life in the forests with visions to do good..in his heart he's now a revolutionary..to weed out the evil from the earth..with his love..he will make peace...
But love is not forever..as he walks out of the station into the wilderness with newborn feelings and with dreams to start life afresh..he’s suddenly stopped in his tracks by…
Barista(Diya)

Daniella felt faint.. who could she be? wat did she want.. she felt the energy drain out of her body.. why hadn't he called?? Time was leaking out.. she had to act fast.. one hour was all she had.. After that her life would change.. forever..
She couldn't bear the thought of not hearing from him..Of loosing him..And in the next second she decided..She had to go.Clasping on to her handbag n without turning back, she ran out..her coffee untouched,unbrewed..
Once outside, she decided to walk casually not wanting to attract undue attention.. But her glass heels knocked n her party dress made heads turn.. She panicked.. she quickened her pace..She tightened her grip on the bag n said one quick prayer in anticipation, "God, please don't let anything happen to him.."
7th street was just around the corner..She could see the area was crowded.. The cinema hall just next to the Barista was playing some new blockbuster.. N the youth thronged the gates waiting for the tickets.. she could see people staring.. yes she was a pretty girl.. N she was dressed to impress..
She hurried into the cafe n looked around..It was crowded.. Her eyes kept searching for she didnt know who.. N suddenly she felt perspiration ticking down her forehead as her eyes locked on a far away table n she stared in horror and disbelief.

Turn( abhishek)
The Buzz of the Phone Shook her out of her thoughts and coffee.
It was his number.
She quivered. ( was it excitement?).. She answered
Mumbled a hello.
"Hello, Daniella..."
(It was a female voice)
Female VOICE!!, she wondered, how could it be a female voice.....
"I am Michelle "( sounded sweet and cheerful)
umm OK..,
" You see Daniella, you dont knwo me, but...."
Ting!!
and Phone blanked out.
Damn this phone battery!!!!
Thumping the half left coffe on the table, she ran to the charger
Her mind running much faster... He never even mentioned..... who .....
Beep! ( the charger plugged in the the welcome ring hummed)
Before she dailed back again, and sms beeped in..
" Sorry I am in a moving car and the network keeps skipping, I am in your area, lets meet for coffee at Barista near the 7th Street"

i never knew it would.
But it has.I wanted to avoid it all these years, but the word, has brought it all back.
Here i am locked between two people i hardly know, yet ,yet...

it had been a night a Saturday night,it too had struck 8.....
Back then, she could hear as well as feel.
She knew, the clock strikes 8,because the mobile vibrates. She had waited for a call, she knew cause she had told him that was the last way to reach her.Yet she knew it was worth less, the phone was useless,it had no screen to read the other persons lips.
_____________________________________________________________________
She felt uncomfie, cause she couldn't see what they were talking properly.yet she had heard him speak to her.HE had spoken in a tongue ,a one which she could her inside. He saw her,did he know?
what would he say if he knew?
it had been years since she heard her self speak.YET now she did.Even though he looked outside. They both spoke. They were taken into a world. She realised
,he must love me really.
The silence prevailed ,they both spoke through their hearts.
The car drew into the driveway.
HE got down. She followed suit and caught his hands......

The Conflict (Michelle)

I could hear Jack screaming my name. It wasn't very clear. It seemed so far. Suddenly, everything came back into focus. I could see Tom alternating concerned glances between me and the road from his rearview mirror.
''Daniella, are you ok?'' Tom asked.
I nodded. Beads of sweat on my forehead. I opened my mouth and closed it again. I looked at Jack who’s expression seemed concerned and hurt. He gazed into my eyes like there was an answer deep down inside and turned away welcoming the hot breeze on his face.
''I'm sorry Jack, I didn't mean to space out like that. You just took me by surprise''. I looked at him, my eyes full of apology.
"Its ok'' he mumbled and continued staring out of the window.
My head felt heavy. I felt like I was being immersed in a whirlpool of emotions. Anger, sadness, regret, compassion, hurt...and love...
I was tired of this wait. It was taking too much out of me. It was throttling me like a python around its prey. It was mocking me and laughing at my cries of hope.
Hope.
All I have left is that one word...

The Saturday(Puja)

Waited n Waited but the there was no call. Yet another Saturday at home, alone. I couldn't’t remember the last time I had gone out. I mean, I had friends. I was invited places all the time. But I never went. I just wasn’t the kind of girl that hung out at the mall, or went out to lunch over the weekend
I don’t know what made me say "Yes" to going out that day. I guess something deep inside of me was ready for a change. So instead of being at home, I found myself scrunched in the back seat of a car between some people that I knew, but wasn't very close to.
"Where are we going exactly?" I asked Tom.
"We’re meeting some other people over at Terry’s house. It’s just a little
get-together. You know."
"Oh," I said quietly, trying desperately to remember who Terry was. I was becoming more and more uncomfortable. I mean, here I was, sandwiched between two guys I barely knew and on my way to some stranger’s house. Now I knew exactly why I hadn’t gone out in a long time.
I guess the boy beside, who I am guessing was named Jack, noticed that I was feeling shy. He pulled lightly at the end of my ponytail. "What’s the matter? Come on, it’ll be fun!"
"It’s really hot in there, you know?" I finally said.
I heard Jack clearing his throat. "Hey Daniella?" he said.
"Yeah?" "Do you like me?"
Oh my gosh, I’m going to have a heart attack.
I almost screamed out loud. How could he ask me that kind of question? I felt like the skin was going to melt off of my cheeks. I stayed silent.
"Daniella?" Jack shouted!!!

The Wait (by Keshi)
The twilight skies seem to weep in anticipation. The night drew closer to Daniella's state of mind. She waited by the phone. Waiting to receive that one call that would change her life forever. She fiercely longed for it, yet she feared it like a child lost in darkness. A beautiful desire danced within her, yet the thought of losing what she has right now seem to play mind games. Torn between two worlds, not really being able to foresee which one would make her happy, Daniella wanted to choose whatever route that this call was going to take her on. Staring at the phone was no consolation. So she moved closer to the window, looking at the faraway horizon, wondering if her desired destiny was as close as the phone was or as far as that horizon seemed to be. Maybe he didn't want her...maybe he was just uttering those words without meaning. Soon it will all be revealed. But at the back of her mind, she knew she was going to receive that call. Would she be able to take the plunge? Would she then be betraying the people who loved her very much? Would she be walking into territory that she should never have? All the answers secretly slept in that faraway horizon which was going to unfold soon. The clock struck 8pm. The soft breeze gently caressed her face. The kettle switched off. The coffee in the cup waited to be brewed...Friday, June 22, 2007
Nano Love... [My Favorite Post] (AakASH!!!)
This story, that I wrote one silent evening of a late spring 2 years back, has always been one of my favorite stories. Today I'll share it with you. Though there is nothing great or unique about the storyline, but the way I see it - it stands out. It has been one of my most popular stories as well, one that got me many friends. Read on and let me know:
It is a small station somewhere between New Delhi and Moradabad. The station name has been eroded by gnawing fingers of time, the once black letters are now just specks on a faded yellow, like random spots on a panther's skin. The paucity of railway tracks when compared to the needs of a burgeoning population, translates into many trains apportioned onto single lines. And thus often one gets to be a victim of the so called shunting operation, when a superior train is given a priority over another which has to wait in the sidelines. This train is the victim of one such operation, it has been shunted.
The discomfort of the dying spring days when the summers are just a tinge in the offing is apparent. The slight humidity and the unexpected warmth in the sunshine sends travelers scuttling out in the open to catch the colder wafts of fresh air. While he sits behind at his window seat, cursorily scanning the dusty platform outside, at another world made up of a potpourri of people in the motley of India. Beggars along with the First-Class waalas all jostling for space at the coveted patch of shade beneath a spring painted verdant green tree. One whose name he had once asked from his father, but now no longer remembered. The novel that he was reading lies open, inverted in his lap to hold the pages where they were. Giving a pause to a story that is already static.
A twelve year old thrusts a water bottle through the window, ‘Thanda Pani’; and but he shakes his head. The scene from Swades swims slowly across his eyes, yet there are no tears, what was a revelation for the hero is everyday for him; and he knows that the water bottle that now poses as mineral water, is actually tap water wearing a false mask. Like humans do. A man in a torn yellowed cotton vest deftly makes samosas, out of the flour and mashed potato; his hands follow an automated routine practiced over years, a habit forced by hunger and time.
It will be two more hours before he reaches New Delhi. Hours protracting with every stagnated minute.
An engine whistles in the distance, its sound signals its steady advance. He looks outside at the sudden energy pumped into the platform. Like a stone hitting the bottom of settled dust in water. And then as he looks, another train pulls itself on to the other side of the platform. The hawkers and vendors, who had given up their hopes from his train, now move to the other side.
In his fight with ennui, he looks at the window opposite his own. There she sits, with her back to the window. Her hair, like dark waves caressed by the rushing wind. She seems to be talking with someone. As she talks, her head gently shakes, making wavelets in the cascade of her tresses. She lifts her hand and pulls her hair, to tie them in a loose bun. The warm day gives him an excuse to gaze at the slender curve of her neck, and its gentle nods. The fair skin contrasted by the navy blue with red paisley patterns of her dress. While her crushed dupatta lies dragging from her shoulders. From here, he cannot imagine the texture of the fabric; neither can he look at the smoothness of her skin. From a distance, imagination is the only substitute for reality, and interpretation is just a faithful surmise. When she shifts a little, he can see the curve of her cheek morphing to her chin. A silhouette of a profile that is part obscure and part evident. There is something about her that seems familiar. Something that asks to be seen in totality, even if for a moment.
The water boy is two windows away from her. He hopes that she will turn when the water boy approaches her. The ennui is reborn as delicious anxiety. A subtle sense of mystery that emerges as a nagging desire to see her face; like the want of a little wish, a glass of cold water in the hot summer days, or a child asking for a slab of chocolate when he sees one. Wants unfounded in logic, yet confounded in being. There he is now; and the next window should be hers. She suddenly gets up to fetch something from the upper berth, where she might have put her luggage. He breathes in relief when she settles down, and maybe for a half second he had a glance of her face. But glances like these are not satiating, they are like catalysts to a chain reaction. Like trifle accelerators to the alchemy of desire.
The engine whistles again, while the water-boy looks in his pocket for change to complete the sale he just made. There is a slight jerk as the loco slowly starts to gain momentum. He knows his train is moving, yet now he wants it to stop even if just for a moment. The water-boy is at her window now, he sees her turn her back to face the window. As her hair move out of the frame and her face starts to reveal itself, the TTE comes and asks for his ticket.
Life after all, is not lived in days, or hours, or minutes, but in ironic moments. Yet some of them possess the magic to repaint the entire canvass. It just takes a moment to love, and another to die. The stories like cell-phones get smaller with time, and evanescent dreams live their entire lives in nano. Born and dead in the blink of an eye, but some carry on. They thrive in the reflections within the glass house of thoughts fueled by the fires of burning imagination. There lies the essence of beauty, in being a joy forever, in a treasured strain of memory of a stranger, whose face one could never see. Of a nano love, that even if for some moments, did give a reason to live.
